Job Location: Newport, RI (Need to stay overnight in a hotel).
Job Type: Per Diem, 1099 Contract.
Pay Rate: $60/ hr.

Thursday 6/26 (5:00pm- 9:00pm)
Friday 6/27 (8:00am- 6:00pm)
Saturday 6/28 (8:00am- 6:00pm)
Sunday 6/29 (8:00am- 2:00pm)
The working hours are subject to change based on business needs. RN needs to stay in the hotel in Newport, RI from Thursday 6/26 night to 6/29 and available on call throughout the time beyond the above listed working time.
Full Description
VitalCheck Wellness is recruiting an experienced Registered Nurse to support a company event for their employees and families for a private business in Newport, RI. The event is going to be in a hotel in Newport, RI and the nurse is expected to stay at the hotel during the whole event. (Room will be provided by the client)

Responsibilities:
- Support the clinical needs of the event within the scope of RN.
- Conduct covid/flu/strep test.
- Provide first aid and emergency clinical support for the event to all participants including children and adults.
- Provide clinical concierge service to event participants such as referring to urgent care, emergency department, etc.
- Be on call to provide first level of clinical support throughout the whole event.
- Consult with physician on call and set up urgent care appointments.
- Work closely with Client HR to communicate all the clinical needs.
Requirements:
- Clean active RN license in RI.
- Active BLS/ ACLS Certification required.
- Experience in Urgent Care/ ER (preferred).
- Must have experience performing full body assessments and collecting precise data from patient.
- Customer service-oriented, have great 'bedside' manner.
- Comfortable working independently or alone.
- Proficient with computers and documenting in EMR systems.
- Must have a laptop or tablet to use for the clinics.
- Able to stay and be available at the event location throughout the whole event period.
