Pay Range: $80,000-$100,000 per annum.

VitalCheck Wellness is looking for an experienced Accountant to join our team. The Accountant will be responsible for day-to-day activities of all aspects of accounting and finance, and monitoring KPI’s.
Responsibilities:
- Timely and accurate preparation and issuance of monthly and annual financial statements.
- Manage the processing of invoices, setting up vendors, obtaining vendor W-9s and Vendor Profile information, interacting with customers regarding invoices and payment status, reconciling credit card charges, and preparing A/P reports.
- Assist with payroll processing, including payroll accruals.
- Prepare journal entries, bank statement reconciliation, annual audits, and other ad-hoc financial reporting and analysis.
- Prepare annual budget and forecasts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience.
- High level of integrity and dependability.
- Driven by a sense of urgency and results orientation.
- Strong problem solving, creative intellect, sound judgment and good decision making based on relevant, accurate, timely analyses.
- Strong proficiency in NetSuite.
- Experience with cost accounting, budgeting, A/P, A/R, payroll and forecasting.
- Ability to develop and maintain Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations.
- Excellent communication skills; written and verbal.
- Ability to motivate teams to produce quality work within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage multiple projects or duties.
- Must be located in Greater New York Metro area and reliably commute to Manhattan office as needed.
