Occupational Health Services Sales Representative
Location: Northeast Region
Schedule: Mon - Fri, Hybrid, Midtown Manhattan.
Job Type: Full Time, W2.
Salary: $80,000- $90,000 per year base with additional sales incentives.

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative with a strong background in selling onsite occupational health services into employers, primes and subcontractors especially within the transportation and construction sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating revenue through direct sales efforts within an assigned territory and should already have a pre-existing network of decision-makers locally.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Sales and Territory Management:
- Cover an assigned territory to generate revenue from occupational health services.
- Utilize various sales methods including mailing marketing materials, telephone solicitation, in-person cold calling, and setting appointments with key decision-makers.
- Sell a comprehensive range of services to existing and potential clients—including employer groups, prime contractors, and subcontractors—such as:
- Worksite random drug and alcohol testing
- Audiograms
- DOT exams
- Fit testing
- First aid services on both mobile and fixed-site bases
- On-the-job injury care
- Injury management programs
- Injury prevention strategies
- Ensure that services meet OSHA requirements and address other occupational health needs of clients.
- Have access to a dependable vehicle for travel within the assigned market as required.
- Client Engagement:
- Schedule and conduct tours of our fixed-site clinics and demonstrations of our mobile services with current and prospective clients to strengthen employer-provider relationships.
- Establish and implement client service preferences, including authorization protocols, billing information, injury care procedures, drug screening requirements, and other desired occupational health services.
- Collaborate with clinic and mobile service personnel to ensure employer-specific protocols and needs are effectively implemented.
- Discuss and customize injury prevention strategies and injury management programs to meet the specific needs of clients.
- Collaborating with our in-house technology and clinical teams:
- Actively research and identify relevant Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the technology team and clinical leadership to develop customized workflows, policies, and procedures that support client needs.
- Participate in the creation and refinement of service offerings, emphasizing our specialization in customizing solutions to meet unique client requirements.
- Assist in preparing tailored proposals and presentations that align with client-specific needs and industry standards.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Report all sales activities and account updates to the Operations Manager on a weekly basis.
- Complete and submit bids, proposals, and pricing agreements for territory accounts.
- Maintain and update client account information regularly.
- Relationship Management:
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues or concerns.
- Inform clients about changes in services, pricing, OSHA regulations, or procedures that may impact their occupational health needs.
- Promote positive relationships with corporate clients, prime contractors, and subcontractors.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to advance our occupational health services and tailor solutions to client needs.
- Additional Responsibilities:
- Attend health, safety, and wellness fairs, as well as industry conferences, as requested by clients or management.
- Stay current with industry trends, OSHA regulations, and other regulatory changes affecting occupational health services.
- Assist with special projects, tasks, and events as needed.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience:
- Proven sales experience required; experience in the medical or occupational health industry is highly preferred.
- Experience in researching RFPs and developing customized proposals.
- Experience selling services to employer groups, prime contractors, and subcontractors is a plus.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and compliance is beneficial.

- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus.
- Ability to explain complex OSHA regulations and occupational health requirements in an understandable manner.
- Other Requirements:
- Must have a dependable vehicle for extensive driving within the assigned territory.
