Job Schedule: PRN; Weekday; Day Shift 7:45am-5pm; Must be flexible and able to pick-up last-minute shifts.
Job Type: Per Diem; 1099 contract.
Pay Rate: $65/ hr.
Full Job Description:
VitalCheck Wellness is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) to work PRN in a outpatient clinic at a global wealth-management firm located in San Francisco, CA 94105.
Responsibilities:
- Must have experience performing full body assessments and collecting precise data from patient.
- Collect vital signs.
- Perform/collect specimens accurately (phlebotomy, urine, etc.).
- Administer vaccines.
- Collect/perform phlebotomy.
Requirements:
- Clean active RN license in California.
- Active BLS/ ACLS Certification required.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Emergency Room/Urgent Care.
- Must have phlebotomy skills.
- Customer service-oriented, able to work independently, have great 'bedside' manner.
- Strong communication skills; both written and verbal.
- Proficient with computers and documenting in EMR systems.
- Ability to reliably commute to San Francisco, CA 94105.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
